Why am I not surprised?

Woke up to a blood red sunrise this morning, with the birds squawking and the fresh air coming into the window and my face and pillows covered in some liquid; one look down at my hands told me it was blood, one look down my head told me I'm semi-fucked. Must be some side-reaction of Penicillin V.
