the last is almost as foolish as wasting taxpayers money on 2010.
but then again, not as foolish as ICBC trying to sue car thieves (of 2% who are junior deliquents and 98% of drug addicts looking for a fix or drug addicts who already have a fix). i'm pretty sure they have a lot of money - that's why they're stealing cars.
and what about green weapons? lead that is less toxic? re-usable munitions? what does it matter if it kills someone? what does it matter if it kills the future?
