It's amazing how much damage Mother Nature can do. Then again, it's pretty amazing that media coverage of Mother Nature doing .001% of the damage of AK-47's, landmines, grenades, starvation, genocide, machetes, rape, mental instability, lost faith, lost hope and unfair advantages gets all the coverage. Especially if it's humans doing something to humans, people just don't care. After all, the standard seems to be that they're not our brothers, our sisters, our parents, our relatives, our friends, our neighbours. The angels definitely will lose sleep tonight.

End of August already eh? Time flies when you're having fun, when you're living in the present and not re-thinking the past and contemplating the future. After all, it's time to make a new world where we can wear each other for a while.

It's a flashback to the 80's - Calgary and Edmonton are powerhouses, and St. Louis is a dwindling power-force. Maybe Eric Brewer will emerge as the next Chris Pronger.
